1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account with npxvip, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any service provided on the npxvip platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease using the npxvip platform and refrain from creating an account.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified from time to time at the sole discretion of npxvip. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of updates.
2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
To use npxvip's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Minimum Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. You must not share your login information with any third party. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
npxvip accepts deposits via multiple payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), InstaPay, PesoNet, and over-the-counter services such as 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment methods may impose their own limits.
All deposits are credited to your account balance immediately or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. Deposits made via GCash and Maya typically process instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes during banking hours.
You agree that all funds deposited into your npxvip account are your own, legally obtained, and not derived from any illegal activity. npxvip reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation regarding the source of deposited funds at any time.
4.2 Withdrawals
You may withdraw funds from your npxvip account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Two Hundred Philippine Pesos).
- The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is ₱100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos).
- Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible. This is a requirement to prevent money laundering and fraud.
- Your account must have completed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawals are permitted.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes. npxvip reserves the right to void any bet if there is evidence of an obvious error, such as incorrect odds being displayed, a technical malfunction, or human error by npxvip staff. In such cases, affected bets will be voided, and stakes returned to Players' accounts. npxvip's decision on voiding bets is final.
6. Bonuses and Promotions

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, npxvip, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the npxvip platform, even if npxvip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall npxvip's total liability to you exceed the amount of deposits you made to your npxvip account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
npxvip is not responsible for any losses caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials, or any other circumstances beyond npxvip's reasonable control.
10. Termination and Account Closure
npxvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

Upon account termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to violation of these terms. 12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.3 Waiver
No waiver by npxvip of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver of any other provision, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless expressly stated in writing.
